A man dancing in the streets, yelling at passersby and causing a scene Saturday was arrested after officers found he had a pocket full of cocaine, authorities said. A second man who confronted officers was arrested as well after being subdued by Taser, Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release issued Wednesday. While on patrol around Georgia Southern University Saturday, Statesboro-Bulloch County Crime Suppression Team investigators saw Charles Mckenneth Kirkland, 20, of East Jones Avenue, "standing on the sidewalk at Chandler Road and Georgia Avenue" and appeared to be harassing pedestrians.
