Statesboro Police Arrests
    Arrests made Monday and Tuesday will be published Thursday.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Ramiro Torres, 20, Lake Church Road, Metter — driving with a suspended license, seat belt violation, probation violation.
    Alfred Yanas Jones, 25, Metts Road — marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
    Adam Bruce Stephens, 28, Point View Circle, Gainesville — probation violation.
    James Cooper Jr., 51, Pendleton Street, Savanna — DUI, driving without a license on person, open container.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued the following traffic violation citations Friday through Monday: eight Friday, 13 Saturday, seven Sunday and four Monday.
          
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Shao Lee Bruce, 18, Beacon Square Boulevard, Boca Raton, Fla. — entering auto.
           
Statesboro Police Incidents
    CHURCH STREET — Someone reported jewelry and clothing stolen.
    BUTLER HOMES — Police recovered a stolen maroon Kia Sorrento, which had been stolen from Pembroke.
    FINCH'S TRAILER PARK — A woman said her boyfriend choked her and bit her jaw.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN— An officer responding to a noise complaint knocked on the door of the noisy apartment, but no one answered. They turned off lights and turned off the noise, but did not answer. The officer waited, and stopped a person who left the home a short time later. The man said he did not know who lived there, and gave police a false name. They arrested him for giving false information.    
    BALDWIN STREET — A man said his nephew pointed a guun at him while he was intoxicated.
    DONALDSON STREET — A person reported the theft of an Ipod and stereo form a vehicle.
    BELK — A man was caught shoplifting a shirt he concealed in a bag.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Portal) A man told deputies a man came to his house to confront his ex—wife, who was visiting the complainant. Deputies served the offender with a criminal trespass warning.
    WHISTLESTOP CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man reported a GPS unit and tools stolen from his truck.
    WEST HAMPTON POINTE — (Statesboro A woman said cash, two purses, checkbooks, and credit cards were stolen from her car.
    KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD — (Register) A man told deputies his son threatened him with a fork during an argument. He took the fork, but his son returned later and shattered his glass door with a baseball bat.
    POPLAR SPRINGS CHURCH ROAD — (Portal) A man said someone called his cell phone with harassing comments.
    MADISEA DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of cash and sun glasses from her car.
    OLD LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said someone broke into her home.
    KENDRICKS ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman reported a burglary where guns, jewelry, pocket knives and cash were stolen.
    NEVILS—GROVELAND Road — (Pembroke) Several batteries were stolen from tractors owned by the Bulloch County Correctional Institute.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted three motorists and assisted one injured person Monday.
    HANNER FIELDHOUSE — Two vehicles were broken into in the parking lot.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARMENTS — Several items were taken from a room.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued three warnings and investigated a crash.
    SATURDAY— Troopers issued 10 warnings and investigated a crash.
    SUNDAY — Troopers issued six warnings and investigated a crash.
    SUNDAY — Troopers issued nine Warnings and investigated three crashes.
    No injuries were reported in any of the crashes, according to information from Georgia State Patrol Post 45.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department— 13 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department— 24 calls.
    University Police Department — no calls.
    Georgia State Patrol — six calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — eight calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Claxton Police Department — two calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — four calls.
    Portal Police Department — one call.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
          
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, one rescue call, and 16 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — one medical call.
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls day: three calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911, and a call to Effingham County 911.
