Vincent Fernandez, 29, Eagle Trace Mobile Home Park — DUI, no drivers license, no proof of insurance, use of license plate for purpose of concealing or misrepresenting identity of vehicle, seat belt violation and obstruction of an officer.

STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — Police responded to a fight where two women showed visible minor injuries and one said she was struck in the head with a wine bottle.
PROCTOR STREET — Two were arrested after a physical fight in front of children.
FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said the father of her children punched her in the mouth.
STATESBORO BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES — An unknown person called twice asking to see body parts.

TURPENTINE FESTIVAL — (Portal) Bulloch County Sheriff's deputies saw a group of teenage males yelling obscenities through a megaphone. They warned the teens about the illegal aspect of cursing in public and confiscated the megaphone.
CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A woman told police someone removed the fender skirt on her vehicle.
MILLER STREET EXTENSION — A man reported the theft of an MP3 player, computer, and speakers.
