Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Wednesday.
    Troopers issued 11 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    Cindee Ann Fox, 44, Hollywood, Fla. — DUI (pending test results).
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Brandon Davis Booker, 18,  Eagle Village — possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    HARWOOD STREET — A man reported the theft of a chain saw and leaf blower.
    SOUTHERN VILLAS —  A woman said a man she knows kicked in her car window and took her purse, which contained $4,000 and $600 worth of jewelry.
    WACHOVIA — A woman reported being victimized in a check scam. She received a check for $2,900 from a company called Job Quest and was asked to send them back $2,600, keeping the $300 for herself. She did so, but later found out the check was fraudulent.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man reported $1,400 worth of tools stolen from his truck bed.
    PEACHTREE STREET — A man said a known offender took tools form his bedroom.
    CAMBRIDGE APARTMENTS — A man reported a CD player faceplate taken from his vehicle.
    GREENWOOD AVENUE — A man told police he received a call from a man who said he was a "repo man named Larry" who was coming to repossess a big screen TV. The victim said he did not own a big screen TV. The "repo man Larry" told the victim not to get in his way or he would cause him bodily harm.
    SOUTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A woman reported a man standing outside her window.
    GOODYEAR — A man said his ex-wife called eight times, harassing him.
    ORIENTAL EXPRESS — A man said two men accosted him behind the business, demanding money and waving guns. He told police he resisted their demands and struck one with a trash can, causing them to flee.
    BELK — A man walked out without paying for $40 in merchandise.
    HARVEY'S — A store employee said a known offender took several steaks concealed underneath his jacket, without paying for them.
    SHOE DEPARTMENT — A woman left without paying for $30 worth of merchandise.
    COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A man said his temporary roommates threatened his during an argument over temporary living conditions and a civil matter.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    LOTTS CREEK ROAD — (Portal) A woman called deputies after she heard a gunshot while talking to her estranged husband, who told her he was going to harm himself. The man denied he intended to harm himself, telling deputies he tripped over a block in  the yard and accidentally discharged the gun while talking to the complainant, with whom he has been separated for over a year, reports stated. The mans aid he was upset because he did not know where the couple's children were.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — (Brooklet) A man said an unknown offender broke valve stems from two of his tires.
    ELLIS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said a man she had dated once keeps calling her, threatening to hurt her. She said he refuses her request that he leave her alone.
    W.D. PEACOCK ROAD — (Portal) A woman said she believes her cousin took a Boston Terrier he had been keeping for her.
    HONEY DEW LANE — (Brooklet) Deputies responded to a reported fight involving several people that was allegedly dispelled when someone fired a shot. One woman said she was struck in  the mouth when trying to break up a fistfight. Deputies found no evidence of a gun.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Tuesday, troopers issued 19 warnings, assisted a motorist, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies, and investigated three accidents with no reported injuries.
    Wednesday, troopers issued 11 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated eight crashes with one reported injury.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
   OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — An I-pod was taken from a vehicle.
  AUXILIARY WAREHOUSE — Someone reported a case of theft by deception.
  FOREST DRIVE BUILDING — Someone reported a laptop computer missing.
  LAKESIDE CAFE — Someone reported a vehicle’s window.
  SOUTHERN PINES —  Several articles of clothing were taken from the laundry room.
    Tuesday, officers issued one traffic warning, investigated two traffic
 accidents and assisted three motorists.
  Wednesday, officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, and responded to one vehicle fire and one fire alarm.
