    Troopers issued 13 citations Tuesday for traffic violations.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    WEST ALTMAN STREET — A woman said someone stole two class rings from her home - a GSU graduation ring and a Jenkins County High School ring.
    HERTY DRIVE — A woman smelled smoke, saw smoke coming from the laundry area, called 91 and left with her kids. The home suffered minor damage.
    BROWN'S HEALTH CARE — A woman said another female jumped her and punched her, pulling her hair - over a discussion about one of the women's personal life.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A man said someone he did not know struck him in the face with a beer bottle, sending him to the hospital with a laceration.
    LOWES — A utility truck being used to lay tar patches caught fire. The truck bed burned but the truck was driven away from the scene after the fire was extinguished.
    HAWTHORNE COURT — Police charged two men with fighting.
    FAIR ROAD APARTMENTS — A couple fought over the man's alleged infidelity.
    RETRIEVER'S BAR AND GRILL — A man asked to leave because of using vulgar language towards a female punched a glass door and fled, but the manager caught him before police arrived.
    VERIZON WIRELESS — A complainant saw a man in a woman's car, and knew he had no business there so he called police. The offender was charged with four counts of entering auto.
    WARD'S CHIROPRATIC — A woman found a plastic bag filled with smaller plastic baggies of suspected marijuana, as well as small white rocks that was believed to be crack cocaine.
    CAMERO COURT — A complainant saw a neighbor's chimney on fire and called 911, with police as well as fire department personnel arriving to extinguish the blaze.
    JIFFY LUBE — A man threatened to kill another man over a dispute about an oil change.
    HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — A man said two women and a man entered his home and plundered, and he later discovered an Ipod was missing.
    TILLMAN PARK CONDOS — A man said someone stole a wheelbarrow wheel and filled a Dumpster with building materials.
    In a separate incident a woman said someone left two broken beer bottles on her porch and damaged a porch rail support.
    COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — A man said two people harassed him by text messages.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    PARKVIEW APARTMENTS — (Statesboro) A woman said a man struck her in the eye.
    OLD HAPPY ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported a burglary and theft of a four wheeler.
    J. C. CANNADY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported someone trespassed on his property.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) Deputies responding to complaints found men setting off cannisters of unknown substance by tossing them into the fire. They did it again, after deputies told them to stop, so they were warned they would be arrested for disorderly house if they did not stop.
    PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman said a man hit her in  the head.
    ERVIN ROAD — A woman said her brother came home drunk and tried to start an argument with her son. Deputies asked the offending man to leave, which he did .
    BULLOCH ACADEMY — (Statesboro) A man reported someone tried to pry open a vending machine.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    

    Troopers issued 46 warnings, assisted two motorists, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies, and investigated one accident with no reported injuries Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    KENNEDY HALL — Someone reported a domestic dispute.
   BRANNEN HALL — A drug complaint was reported.
   OLLIFF HALL — A loud noise complaint was reported.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — A vehicle was damaged when someone put paint on it.
    Officers issued three traffic warnings, investigated on traffic accident, assisted three motorists and helped on sick person.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 23 calls.
    Georgia Southern University Police  — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Claxton Police Department  — one call.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident, one fire and 14 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls to Screven County, two calls to Bulloch County First Responders and one call to Bulloch County Correctional Institute
