James Edward Jenkins, 62, Eason Street — second offense theft by shoplifting, simple battery.
Amadeo Ruiz Ochoa, 35, First Street, Stillmore — failure to maintain lane, driving while unlicensed.
Michael Leon Deloach, 21, Madison Meadows — felony theft by taking motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, wanted person.

Statesboro Police Incidents
HENDERSON STREET — A man said he is receiving harassing calls from a man he knows only by his first name.
MADISON MEADOWS — A woman said her husband choked her and struck her in the mouth.
PITT-MOORE ROAD — A man reported the theft of a TV and Wii game.
CAMPUS CROSSING — A woman reported the theft of a black 1995 Honda Accord.
LATTE DA — Someone reported a shattered windshield, caused by a thrown flower pot.
DAYS INN — A man and woman argued because the woman felt the man threatened her 11-year-old daughter. After police arrival they agreed it was a misunderstanding and agreed to pour out all alcohol for the night.
BELK — A woman said someone damaged her car in the parking lot, separating a window from the convertible top.
In a separate incident a man was arrested after picking up a pair of jeans and trying to get a refund/gift card for them.
FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH — Someone reported a TV, DVD player, and a small refrigerator stolen.
BOBBIE'S ALTERATIONS (University Plaza) — Someone reported the theft of an LCD monitor, fax/copier/printer combination, cash drawer, computer and $595.
BI-LO — A man was caught stealing razors, bathroom supplies and tobacco was charged with second offense theft by shoplifting and simple battery.
TABERNACLE CHURCH — A man said his car broke down and he left it at the church, where someone broke into it and took several prescription drugs, his wallet and cell phone.
SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A woman told police her husband has been harassing her by phone and pinched her hand during an argument.
BOARDWALK APARTMENTS/SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A Pizza Hut delivery man told police two men held him at gunpoint and stole $40 worth of pizzas, $20 cash and his cell phone.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A couple argued in their daughter's hospital room about her treatment. They agreed to separate for the night.
POPEYES — A woman said another female came to her work place harassing her.
LUETTA MOORE PARK — Two 18-year-old males told police a group of males approached them and began beating them with sticks until they fled in their vehicle. Officers noted visible injuries.

OGEECHEE DRIVE WEST — (Statesboro) A man reported someone broke into his car, but said nothing was stolen.
Another victim reported power cords, money and a GPS unit stolen from her car.
BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her son stole a bicycle, but the man said he returned the bike, leaving it in her yard, and has not seen it since.
OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Clito) A woman said she suspected an older gray-haired man stole a Snickers candy bar.
ASH BRANCH CHURCH ROAD — (Pembroke) A man reported the theft of a radio he used in his garden to ward off deer.
BROOK RUN DRIVE — (Register) A woman said someone pried her front door but did not succeed in getting inside.
STEPPING STONE COURT — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies she returned after several days to find her husband changed locks. She argued with him and he left with several friends who were at the home.
U.S. 80 EAST — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her husband became upset because she wanted to go grocery shopping. The man told deputies he was upset because he wanted to go to work but could not because his wife was always gone, ad he followed her to the sheriff's office to see where she was going.
