Christopher James Filbey, 22, Harvey Drive — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of a drug related object.
Dustin Seth Durrence, 18, Rogers Court — underage possession of alcohol. Dallas Brandon Cox, 17, East Mockingbird Road — underage possession of alcohol.
Ryan Kenneth Naegel, 20, Etowah Drive, Rome¸ — no insurance, altered license plate, no proof of insurance.

Adam Lee Herrin, 20, High Bluff Road, Rincon — reckless driving and attempting to elude a police officer.
Joshua B. Caldwell, 23, Harbins Road, Dacula, — obstruction of an officer.
Statesboro Police Incidents
UNIVERSITY POINTE — Statesboro Police responded to assist the Statesboro Fire Department regarding a structure fire, and ended up arresting a man they saved from the apartment n fire. He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of a drug related object.
GATE/SOUTH MAIN STREET — A woman said a female hit her in the head and pulled her to the ground by her hair.
SPRING HILL SUITES — A guard saw two men enter t he building, but they fled when confronted.
HENRY STREET — A man and woman argued over relationship issues and the disagreement escalated until someone felt police intervention was needed.
WAL-MART — An 87-year-old woman was sending money orders to a man who said she won a lottery, but needed to send money in order to collect her winnings. She was about to send more when store employees, detecting a scam, stopped her and notified both police and her son.
BB&T — A man accidentally shot himself in the thigh with a .45 caliber hand gun.
STATESBORO MALL — A woman said two females entered her work place and started yelling and cursing in front f customers and children. One woman struck the complainant with a shoe. The same complainant also filed a separate report regarding harassing phone calls from a female who threatened both her and her children with bodily harm.

KERMIT DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man said his step-son grabbed him by the throat.
DEER RUN COURT — (Statesboro) A man told deputies he just fired an employee for insulting his wife, which caused an argument between him and his wife. The woman said her husband grabbed her arm when she went to call 911.
