    Emanuel Rodriguez Curry, 21, Groover Lane — fleeing/attempt to elude police.
    Denise Gayle Bath, 43, Old River Road South, Brooklet — theft by conversion.

    Chad Lamar Olliff, 31, Hood Road — probation violation, driving with a suspended license, tail light violation, no insurance, expired tag, license plate with intent to conceal.
    Andreas Cristian Brochu, 18, Carlysle Drive, Marietta — criminal trespass, public intoxication.
    Welcome Huff, 54, Pleasant Hill Road, Portal — aggravated assault, third degree cruelty  to children.
       
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Kristen M. Collum, 21, Doe Drive, Brooklet — DUI (.09).
    Troopers issued 22 traffic violation citations Sunday.
   
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Bryan A. Vanacore, 21,  Lanier Drive — DUI, possession of marijuana and failure to yield.
  Aaron James Phillips, 18,  Brannen Hall — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and obstruction of an officer,
   Michael C. Steimle-Gibel, 19,  Johnson Hall — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and obstruction of an officer.
   Officers issued one traffic citation Friday and three traffic citations Sunday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A man reported the theft of a red 2002 Honda Civic.
    POPLAR STREET — A  heater in a bathroom caught fire, resulting in police and firefighters responding to the scene.
    EAGLES LANDING — A woman said her roommate invited four men she did not know into the house, and later, $70 was discovered missing from the complainant's purse, which was in the living room.        
    APEX — A man said someone cut two tires on his vehicle.
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A woman reported a white 2002 Volkswagen Jetta stolen.
    McDONALDS/ARCHWAY DRIVE — A woman said her ex-boyfriend comes in every night to talk to her and also calls her in spite of being told not to do so.
    GEORGIA VILLAS — A complainant said $3,000 was missing from a wallet and $23 was missing from a desk in a bedroom.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A complainant reported $320 missing.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A woman said someone kicked in her door and ransacked the apartment.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    TWIN FORKS ROAD — (Nevils) Deputies and EMS technicians responded to a call about a 43-year-old man whom dispatchers said was "very irate with EMS and  the sheriff's office." The man demanded his blood pressure be checked upon EMS arrival, but as technicians were setting up equipment, he walked to his bedroom, pulled down his adult undergarment and told responders to kiss his posterior. Deputies arrested him and sat him down on the couch to be treated by EMTs but the man kicked an EMT in the ribs, so he was transported to the hospital for treatment and later transported to Savannah for evaluation.
    POINTER ROAD —(Statesboro) A woman said a man scratched her neck during a struggle over a cell phone and threw a car battery at her car, shattering the wind shield. The fight was over his taking her car when he knew she had to be at school, and her refusal to take him somewhere because she had to go to school.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro)A  woman became angry because school officials searched her son without her permission, Deputies explained the school had that right, and the school principal said the child made comments that he had drugs in his possession.
    BUCK CREEK ROAD — (Clito) Two men had a dispute over rental of an excavator and payment for work performed.
    KENDRICKS ROAD — (Brooklet) A man told deputies responding to his home regarding a welfare check on a child that the complainant was harassing him. In spite of allegations the child in question had been physically abused, there were no bruises or injuries, as had been reported by the complainant reports stated.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 31 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated two crashes with no reported injuries Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     FRIDAY — Officers  investigated one traffic accident, assisted four motorists and one injured person, and responded to three fire alarms.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident, assisted one motorist and one injured person, and responded to one fire alarm.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and one injured person, and responded to one fire alarm.
