    James Robert Kelley, 50, Ottis Willis Road, Vidalia — second degree damage to property, felony theft of services.
    Kijuanda Latrice Singletary, 31, NW 19th Street, Miami, Fla. — driving with a suspended license.
    Kyle Curtis Kezer, 20, South Middleground Road, Savannah — altered tag, driving with a suspended license.
    Dontavin Martize Houston, 23, G. W. Oliver Spur — DUI, no insurance, suspended registration, no U-turn, open container.
    Brenda Kendrick, 46, Kendrick Road, Brooklet — truancy.
    Thomas Jefferson Terrell, 30, Kessler Court, Savannah — first degree forgery.
    Dominique Jamar Smart, 20, Est Main Street — probation violation.
    Crystal Dawn Lane,28, Winding Way — fleeing/attempt to elude officer,  failure to use turn signal, possession of a controlled substance.
    James Edward Rigdon Jr., 31, Indian Trail, Sylvania — sale of methamphetamine, obstruction of an officer, felony theft by taking, unlawful possession of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.
    Curtis Payton Black, 47, Lester Fordham Road — speeding, driving with a revoked license.

    Richard Wayne Shaffer,  26, Ga. 24 — DUI (.073).
     Karen Elizabeth Gordon, 24, Brixworth  — DUI (refused test).
    Joshua Thomas Wilson, 21    , Oak Drive   — DUI (refused test).
    Kyle William Greathouse, 19, Brooklet Denmark Road — DUI (pending).
    Solomon Ray Eunice, 38, Hodges Circle — DUI (drugs).
    Charles     Hartzell, 47, Crooked Oak Drive — DUI (refused test).
    Troopers issued 64  traffic violation citations Thursday.
         
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued 13 traffic citations Thursday.
    Christopher M. Covington, 22, Park Place —  DUI and improper turn.
    Cameron Douglas Naab, 20, Southern Pines — DUI.
    Jesse Dillon Smith, 19, Eagle Village — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Thomas Maurice Everett, 28, Gordon Street — DUI, driving with suspended license and failure to maintain lane.
    Joseph Christopher Cody, 21, Van Garden Road, Hinesville — DUI and failure to obey a traffic device.

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    GRIMSHAW LANE — (Brooklet) A woman said her husband got jealous when she walked outside to smoke with another man.
     MISTY COURT — (Brooklet) A woman said she was in jail for a while and her husband had custody of the kids. He won't give up custody now she is out of jail. The man told deputies his wife is a drug addict and not fit to care for the children, and they are estranged due t o her drug habits and frequent incarceration.
    PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman said she evicted her sister from her home but kept her sister's child, of whom she has legal guardianship.
    GREENHAVEN MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A man said someone stole change, boots and a trailer hitch from his home.
    G. W. OLIVER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone struck her residence with an unknown object as they drove past.
    OLD REGISTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone kicked in her door.
    MILLER ROAD — (Portal) A woman  reported a burglary and said someone took tools, an air compressor and a ladder.
    THOMKIN DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said her ex-boyfriend came into her home without permission to " check" on her.
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Middleground) An employee of Excelsior EMS said a man had jumped the electric meter, burning the base and getting power for free,
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 36 warnings, assisted one warnings, and investigated six crashes with no injuries Sunday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued 13 traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, responded to one alarm and responded to the Transportation Department for an unwanted person Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department —  14 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department —  22 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — two calls.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department —  one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — six calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.
    Hagan Fire Department — one call.
    Daisy Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one fire call and 17  medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS —  13 medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one fire call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to the Georgia Forestry Commission, four calls to Bulloch County First Responders and a call to Tattnall County 911.
