Statesboro Police Arrests
    Joseph Stafford, 49, Lanier Drive — marijuana possession, illegal possession of a Schedule III drug, and giving false information.
    Charles Lorenzo Robinson, 38, South Mulberry Street — open container, wanted person, obstruction.
    Lemica Denoab Towns, 33, East Main Street — theft by shoplifting.
    Jasmine Renee Calles, 20, Aruba Road, Claxton — theft by taking.
       
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Jason Lamar Johnson, 29, Lanier Drive — aggravated sexual battery, statutory rape, child molestation.
    Colin Austin Lantz, 20, Ashe Bark Court — probation violation.
    Jonathan Dewayne Nesmith, 20, Florence Avenue — marijuana possession, possession and use of a drug related object.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued three traffic violation  citations Wednesday.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued four traffic citations Wednesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    JOHNSON STREET — A man and woman fought physically over breaking up. The woman suffered visible injuries, and the man was gone from the scene when police arrived.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — Police questioned a maintenance man after a woman said he entered her apartment unannounced. They found marijuana in his apartment as well as a hydrocodone pill on his person. He gave them false information regarding his identity and was charged with giving false information, marijuana possession and possession of a Schedule II drug.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A man reported an entertainment system and speakers, a DVD collection and TV stolen during a burglary.
    UNIVERSITY PINES APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of a yellow Honda 350 motorcycle.
    CARIBE COURT — A woman said her ex-boyfriend called and texted explicit messages in a harassing manner.
    BELK — A man shoplifted shirts and pants and left the scene before being caught.
    WAL-MART — Two women were arrested for shoplifting after concealing the following in purses: shirts, air freshener, underwear, spaghetti sauce and two bags of sugar.
    FAMILY HEALTH CARE CENTER — A woman said members of either a cleaning crew or painting crew rummaged through files. Nothing was reported missing.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    U.S. 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A man was arrested on assault charges after involvement in an altercation with a beer bottle and bat. Alcohol was listed as a factor in the scuffle.
    PERSIMMON PLACE — (Brooklet) Deputies responded to a call about a domestic dispute between a couple. The two agreed to cease with abusive language between  them, a deputy reported.
    ELDORA ROAD — (Pembroke) A woman said she and a man argued over her getting home later than expected.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — (Brooklet) A deputy escorted a woman off the premises at her request after she argued with a man at the residence.
    RAINTREE COURT — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies after finding a man asleep in a vehicle in her yard. The man was arrested on public intoxication charges, and had been dropped off at her residence, but was unwanted there.
 
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued five warnings and investigated one crash with two reported injuries Wednesday.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident and assisted one motorist Wednesday.
    COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — Officers responded to an alarm.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 17 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 11 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol — eight calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Brooklet Police Department — two calls.
       
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — four calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS —  one accident call and 18 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — one accident call, one fire call and four medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls:  three calls to Bulloch County Correctional Institute; three calls to Bulloch County First Responders; three calls to Bryan County 911; a call to Emanuel County 911 and a call to Excelsior EMC.
