PITT-MOORE ROAD — Officers responding to a call about suspicious activity arrested a woman on outstanding warrants.
EAST MAIN STREET — A mother and daughter argued about the daughter's boyfriend coming over. The argument escalated until someone called police.
STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A man was taking metal pipes from the school construction site, and police called the construction company owner because the man said he had the foreman's permission. The owner asked police to tell the man to leave until morning, when he would question the foreman.
INSTITUTE STREET — A woman said she was helping a man move things from an apartment when another woman yelled at her and threatened her with bodily harm.
FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man struck her in the chest during an altercation. She called police to make the man leave, which he did after being served a criminal trespass warning.
WAL-MART — A man was caught shoplifting a doll, a remote control Hummer, a jump starter, a deep fryer and a tool combination.
