    Shearell C. Heyliger, 27, Stonebrook Way — simple assault, disorderly conduct.
    Patrick Marcel McKever, 22, North Main Street — battery (domestic violence).
    Wesley Isaiah Hendrix, 20, Viewpoint Drive — marijuana possession.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Arrests
    Kelton Demond Phipps, 34, Pine Street — probation violation.
    Henry Erickson Brannen, 27, East Main Street — public intoxication.
    James Mitchell Prince, 50, Lakeview Road — battery, criminal trespass.
    Darin Lamar Brown, 40, Success Court — driving with a suspended license, seat belt violation.
    John Russell Shuman, 33, Mincey Road, Brooklet — simple battery (family violence).
    Andrew Vai Hargett,19, Funderburke Road, Wingate, NC — underage possession of alcohol, disobedience to persons directing traffic, open container, illegal passing of stationary emergency, towing, or highway maintenance vehicles.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued one traffic violation citation Friday, 16 Saturday and four Sunday.
    Daniel Aubrey Bush, 26, Bull River Drive, Savannah — DUI (refused test).
    Jordan Chase Newton, 18, Gary Street — DUI (test results pending).
 
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Sunday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    CLAIRE'S BOUTIQUE — A woman was caught concealing an earring in her pocket and a pair of earrings in her shoe.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman said she saw a child tossing a brick up into the air, and later went outside to find her car windshield shattered. The child, who was still outside tossing the brick, claimed another child did it, but his parents agreed to pay for damages.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A tenant reported someone broke in by damaging a patio door, and stole $2,000 worth of jewelry, $2,000 worth of clothing and purses, and a TV.
    Another resident reported three pieces of artwork, a computer desk and two property access cards stolen.
    THOMAS STREET — A woman said a man threatened to get a gun during an argument about her children, but he denied the accusation. He told police he did argue with the 18-year-old mother, because she would not keep her children out of his yard.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A man said someone spray painted curse words inside his apartment, and poured syrup, flour and dirt on the floors.
    GENTILLY GARDENS — Police detectives are investigating an issue regarding unlawful acts ( abuse) of elderly or disabled persons. No details were listed in reports, as the case is currently under investigation.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued 17 warnings and investigated six crashes with 10 reported injuries and one fatality. Details of the fatality were not  immediately available from GSP Post 45 Monday.
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued 16 warnings and investigated two crashes with no reported injuries.
    SUNDAY — Troopers issued four warnings, and investigated four crashes with no reported injuries.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers assisted one motorist.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings.
    SOUTHERN PINES  — Officers responded to a drug complaint.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Officers responded to a fire alarm.
