Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Doyle, Tony Ray, 18, Cook Pond Road (Metter) — driving under the influence (pending).
    Skinner, Connie Joyce, 19, Story Road (Sylvania) — driving under the influence (refused).

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Christopher Wayne Jones, 21, Olympic Blvd — driving under the influence.
    William Jeffery Mullins III, 22, University Pines — public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
    Ralph Clinton Porter Jr,  29, Plantation Pointe Drive — driving under the influence, driving in violation of conditions of limited permit, no proof of insurance and headlight requirements.

    Incidents from the weekend will be reported Wednesday.  

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Over the weekend, troopers issued 23 citations and 44 warnings, investigated 13 crashes and helped 14 injured persons.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
        Over the weekend, officers issued six traffic violations and 16 warnings, assisted 12 motorists, investigated two accidents, responded to two alarms and assisted one sick person.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE  A drug complaint was filed.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — A wallet was taken.
    BRANNEN HALL — A drug complaint was filed.
