         Stephen Daniel Lipskey, 18, Ashmore Circle, Marietta — public indecency, underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.

        Michael Anthony Bohannon, 21, Stambuk Lane — marijuana possession.
        Patrick Andrew Russell, 21, Stambuk Lane — marijuana possession.
        Arrest made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
        THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said she pushed a man during a verbal argument, and he punched her.
        GEORGIA AVENUE — A man stopped for a traffic violation ran, but officers caught him and charged him with DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol and obstruction.

        UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Officers arrested a man who was seen urinating in public. He fled when police tried giving him a citation, so they arrested him, adding charges of obstruction to underage possession of alcohol and public indecency.

        Incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.
 
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
         GUS DENMARK ROAD — (Nevils) A man told deputies he fought with another man, when the other man pulled a gun and fired it into the air several times. Deputies located the man,

        GROOVER OLD MILL ROAD —(Statesboro) A woman said another woman staying with her took her purse.
        HAROLD HOWELL ROAD — (Portal) Deputies responded to a domestic dispute where a woman said another woman screamed and yelled at her, and she feels the offender is on drugs.

        DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — (Register) A  man reported finding a neighbor running an extension cord from his house to theirs. The offender said his sister accidentally hooked the cord up to the wrong home. When deputies left, the complainant called back and said the offender was yelling at him, threatening him with bodily harm.

        The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Aug. 10-16 .
        Animals incoming:
        Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas — 12 dogs and one cat.
        Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits — one dog and one cat.
        Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Brooklet city limits — two dogs.
        Abandoned at shelter — one dog and one cat.
        Surrendered by citizens — four dogs and five cats.
        Number of animals in surrendered litters — 17 puppies and 13 kittens.
        Animals outgoing:
        Shelter adoptions — four dogs and seven cats.
        Pets & People adoptions — five cats.
        Returned to owners — one dog.
        Died at shelter — one dog.
        Euthanized from isolation — 22 dogs and seven cats.
        Court summons/citations — none.
        Warnings issued — 18.
        Money collected:
