Statesboro Police Arrests
    Karri Lewis Evans, 29, Cooper Street, Sylvania — DUI (refused test).
    Robert Dwayne Mills, 20, Westside Mobile Home Park — probation violation.
    William Terrell Hutto, 22, Southbend Drive — probation violation.
    Aaron Quintion Cromer, 21, Harvey Drive — probation violation.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Misty Dawn Jolley, 28, Tonya Lane, Pembroke — probation violation.
    James Brian Rushing, 45, Burkhalter Road — two counts financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card theft, probation violation.
    Stormy Jowers Newhart, 33, Old Register Road — disorderly conduct.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    DON CORLEONES — A man said someone broke into his car and took an Ipod.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Police arrested a man after they saw him strike another.
    OLD TOWNE DRIVE — A man was arrested for public intoxication after someone reported him trying to enter a home.
    JEWEL DRIVE — A woman slapped a man several times during an altercation over who was paying for supper that night.
    HARVEY DRIVE — A woman said her children's father left several  threatening voice mail messages.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A complainant said an unknown person used her debit card number to make purchases in Louisiana.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    JOHN'S LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said she received threatening phone calls from an unknown person who cursed her. Deputies called the number and spoke with a woman who said she had called the complainant because she was told the complainant had been calling her from a blocked number, harassing her.
    TWO CHOP ROAD — (Portal) A man reported the theft of two engine blocks.
    POPLAR SPRINGS CHURCH ROAD — (Portal) A woman told deputies her son would not work, ran up a large phone bill and began breaking items that belonged to him. When his mother told him to stop an argument ensued and the woman told deputies her son had to go.

    During the period between May 30 and April 5 4, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter recorded the following activity:
    Animals incoming:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas — 12 dogs and three cats.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits — five dogs and two cats.
    Animals abandoned at shelter — six dogs.
    Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and four cats.
    Number in surrendered litters — three puppies and seven kittens.
    Animals outgoing:
    Shelter adoptions — two dogs and a cat.
    Pets and People adoptions — three dogs and three cats.
    Returned to owners — one dog and one cat.
    Died at shelter — one dog.
    Euthanized from isolation — 20 dogs and four cats.
    Euthanized from adoption floor — thee dogs.
    Officer calls:
    Opossum complaint — one.
    Snake complaint — one.
    Bird complaint — one.
    Court summons/citations issued — three.
    Warnings issued — six.
    Money collected:
