Sea Island Bank, a division of Synovus Bank, announced recently that Steven Sanders was promoted to branch manager and Johnny Martin as promoted to assistant branch manager of the main office. In his new role, Sanders will oversee the daily branch operations as well as manage branch profitability, sales, customer service and staff development. Sanders also will continue to develop and maintain a retail/small business loan and deposit portfolio.
