A home invasion early Tuesday morning has sheriff's investigators seeking information on three suspects.

Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release that deputies responded around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday to Eagle Trace Mobile Home Park on U.S. Highway 301 South, where two adults and a child were victims of a home invasion.

The victims told deputies that three armed men forced their way into the home, demanding drugs and money. However, there were no drugs or money, they said, and when the suspects found nothing, they physically attacked a male victim. The men fled afterward.

"No evidence was discovered at the home to suggest that the victims were involved in any sort of illegal activity," Anderson said.

The Bulloch County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division is handling the case. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Investigator Jason Long at (912) 764-1747 or submit an anonymous tip to tips@bullochsheriff.com.
