Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Webb of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Leigh of Statesboro, to Patrick Thomas Kelly of Alpharetta, Ga., son of Michael Kelly and Mary Kelly, both of Alpharetta.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mildred Webb and the late Glenn and Margaret Harvey. Jessica is a May 2016 graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education. She is employed as a fourth-grade teacher with Fulton County Schools.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Margaret Kelly and the late Jack Kelly and the late Dean and Elizabeth "Betty" Bahler. He is a May 2014 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in psychology. He is employed as assistant manager of the Chamblee branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

The couple is planning to wed on July 2 at 5:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Statesboro.
