Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Kyle Rushing Jr. of Brooklet, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Kathryn of Augusta, Ga., to Kevin Michael O'Grady, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Dowd O'Grady III of Evans, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Lewis and the late Mr. Byron Bert Lewis Jr. of Louisville, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry K. Rushing of Statesboro, Ga. Haley earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Georgia Southern University in 2010 and is employed by University Hospital as a registered nurse.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Adam Mankiewicz of Huntington, N.Y., and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Patrick O'Grady of Brooklyn, N.Y. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2011 and is employed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as a buyer.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Oldfield Plantation in Okatie, S.C.
