    Morgan Davis and James Conner of Statesboro were united in marriage during a 6 p.m. ceremony held Saturday, October 24, 2015, at Meldrim Woods Plantation in Brooklet. Joey Fennell officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of Mary Davis of LaFayette, Louisiana, and Glen Davis of Buford, Georgia, and is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Estelle Brasseaux and Gina and the late George Jones and Rueben Davis.
    The groom is the son of Barbara and Dwayne Conner of Statesboro and is the grandson of Beverly Conner and the late Wayne Conner and Betty Richards and the late Russell Richards. He is the great-grandson of Sarah Waters.
    Given in marriage by her father, Glen Davis, the bride chose Sarah Ann Reagin as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Ashley Conner, Danielle Davis, Stacy Hattaway, Kelci Fleischman and Kacey Kopotic. Junior bridesmaids were Kassidy Ryan and Savannah Gower and Avery Altman served as flower girl.
    Cory Reagin was the groom's best man. Groomsmen were Seth Conner, Gant Davis, Clint Conner, Jeremiah Masters and Randy Fields. Canyon Ryan served as junior groomsman and Landon Reagin served as ring bearer.
    The reception immediately followed the ceremony at Meldrim Woods Plantation.
    The couple will honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, and make their home in Statesboro.
