Mr. and Mrs. Steve Garner of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey, to Ryland McLendon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dana McLendon, also of Statesboro. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lucile Todd and the late Mr. Roger Todd of Claxton and Mrs. Jane Garner and the late Dr. James W. Garner of Washington, Georgia. Kelsey is a graduate of The Augusta School of Massage and is currently employed as a licensed massage therapist at Serenity Day Spa and Salon in Statesboro.
