William Ashley and Tanya Arrington of Fayetteville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Megan Anderson, to 2nd Lt. Stephen Edwards Arnold, son of R. Lee and Rebekah R. Arnold of Vidalia, Georgia. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Bobbi Evers of Fayetteville, William David Arrington and the late Derenda Bailey Arrington of Fayetteville. She is also the grand-niece of Jimmy and Jean White of Fayetteville.
