    Lisa Marie Garland became the bride of Adam Coleman Lindsey during an outdoor 6 p.m. ceremony held on June 6, 2009, in the gazebo by the pond of Maple Lane Farm in Johnson City, Tenn. Minister Crystal Byes officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of Tommy and Diane Garland of Statesboro. She is the granddaughter of Edward Grant, Essie Mae Crosby (Grant) Woodrum, Mildredge Garland and Nadine Davis Garland. Honorary grandparent of the bride is Mae B. Lyle of Savannah. Great-grandparents of the bride are Thomas Edward Grant, Rosa Morgan Grant, Tommy Allen Crosby, Lizzy Jane (Crosby) Cook, Charlie and Pansy Garland and Paul and Claudia Davis.
    The groom is the son of Susan Marie (Kassem) Lindsey of Bristol, Tenn., and the late Lonnie Douglas Lindsey and is the grandson of Ratha Richani of Bristol, Tenn.
    Given in marriage by her father, Tommy Garland, the bride chose Nina T. Townsend of Statesboro as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Micha Furr of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Kate Strickland of Johnson City, Tenn. Savannah Hubbard was junior bridesmaid and Ava Hubbard served as flower girl.
    Jeremiah Hobbs served as best man. Groomsmen were Shawn Lindsey, Kevin Hopkins and Gabe Gounaris. Ethan Lindsey served as ring bearer. Ushers included Grant Garland and Jake Hubbard.
    Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Maple Lane Farm.
    The couple honeymooned at the RIU Palace las Americas in Cancun, Mexico.
