Raven Thomas stole the show, qualifying for state in four different events and earning the high-point honors at the Region 2-AAAA track and field meet Saturday at Statesboro High. In addition to running on Statesboro’s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams – both took first place - Thomas won individual region championships in both the 200 meter dash and 400 meter dash. Especially impressive was Thomas’ time in the 400 meters.
