Triple A Rode Arena will host its  annual “Spring Ride and Camp Out” Friday, April 24, through Sunday, April 26, at the arena on Harville Road.
Owner Harold Aldrich hosts trail rides at his place each spring and fall, and trail riders enjoy miles of woods and country riding, primitive camping, as well as a dance on Saturday night.
All horses must have a negative Coggins test. No four wheelers allowed; golf carts welcome, and dogs must be kept leashed and at the camp site.
Friday’s ride will be two and a half hours long that evening. The ride begins Saturday morning at 10 a.m.,  with lunch available for purchase,  and supper available for purchase that night. There will be music and a dance on the grounds beginning in the early evening.
    Sunday’s  ride starts out at 10 a.m.
Aldrich said the cost for the entire weekend is $25 a rider, including camping, all  rides and the dance.
For non-camping riders, the cost is $15 for the weekend, which includes the dance.
The cost to ride Saturday only is $15; and Sunday riders will pay $10.
Those who wish to attend just the dance can get in for a $5 admission.
For more information call Aldrich at (912) 682-3719.
