… I'm callin' about … the sheriff office … phone. Can't get in touch with them from … quarter 'til seven. I've been callin' steady 'til now. … You have … only one line and the line apparently is not workin'.

… Statesboro Head Start school bus been tore up since school and they don't call the parents … to let them know they need to get they child … a ride. … It's una … unprofessional for Statesboro Head Start.

Do you think the Statesboro City Council may be setting a dangerous precedent … when they … settled with … city employees? … It's kinda like if … they don't … like my job performance, then I'll threaten to sue them … and … I'll get what I won't out of 'em. … Just a thought.

This is in regard to the comments about Portal and the police department in yesterday's Soundoff. … I want everyone to know I live near the center of town. And we have a pretty good little town and we have a pretty good little police department. … They'll help you if you help them. … And I see them pullin' people over all the time for speeding, so they do their job!"

Educators need to stop whining about furloughs if they want respect. … Taxpayers fund a cushy retirement plan … while teachers' unions waste our money on policies instead of children's education. Work a 12-hour day with no retirement plan … or run your own business with no pay. Then you'll know what stress is and who is providing what for whom.

… Do you mean to tell me that at least one of our city councilmen did not even see the separation agreement with … Manager Haynes? … I would like to know exactly who drew it up, who read it, who discussed it, who approved it and who signed it

What is the city council hiding that it has to continue to pay hush money … to people they fire? … Let's let some of these people go to court and hear their side of the story. … And maybe it's also time for us to recall the entire council, plus the mayor. The city can't afford many more months of this group.
