A woman who suspected her husband of infidelity sliced him several times with a knife Saturday, according to Statesboro Police reports. Officers arrested Amanda Leanne Smith, also known as Amanda Leigh Cody, 43, North Main Street, after an altercation between herself and the victim Saturday evening at Budget Inn, reports stated. The man suffered lacerations to his leg and shoulder, and police reports listed the weapon used as being a knife.
