A man with a criminal history of indecent exposure and child cruelty now faces child molestation charges, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. James Kelley Catron of Colfax Road West, was accused July 13 of molesting a 9-year-old girl. Her mother said the molestation occurred over a two-year period.
