Editor: The headline in Friday’s newspaper “County manager wants to develop area at I-16, 301 South.” points out what is wrong with our government. We have people running our government that have no clue what local government responsibility is. Tom Couch states he wants to develop this 220-acre tract to lure new industry to Bulloch County.
