Bulloch County Indictments presiding Superior Court Judge F. Gates Peed

    The  following were indicted on listed charges and appeared Wednesday, Nov. 29, for arraignment before Bulloch County Superior Court Judge F. Gates Peed:
    
    • Andre Jarrell Montgomery — theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, obstruction.
    • Tina Renee Bigner — aggravated assault.
    • Charlie Lee Smith — aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, two counts child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
    • Travis Jay Holcomb — aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy.
    • Michael Paul Kennedy — criminal attempt.
    • Willie Edward James — entering auto, possession of firearms by convicted felon, carrying a concealed weapon.
    • Antonio T. Gibson — two counts aggravated assault, two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    • Francisco Gomez — two counts first degree arson, second degree criminal damage to property.
    • Henry Reynolds — crossing guard lines with marijuana without warden’s consent; marijuana possession.
    • Naljarome M. Hendrix — cocaine possession with intent to distribute, drug trafficking within 1,000 feet of a park, recreation facility or housing project.
    • Garry R. C. Davis — cocaine possession with intent to distribute, drug trafficking within 1,000 feet of a park, recreation facility or housing project.
    • Mary Elizabeth Williams — Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act - sale of cocaine.
    • Gary Len Cooper — Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
    • William Gesmon Neville — possession of/manufacturing/distribution of marijuana.
    • Jerome Puckett — burglary, theft by taking.
    • Wesley Lewis Durden — impersonating a public officer or employee.
    • Troy Jason Edenfield — theft by receiving stolen property, violation of the motor vehicle chop shop and stolen and altered property act.
    • Christin Marie Burdek — cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
    • Terry Clifton — cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

    • Sharon Rena Comerford — theft by taking.
    • Wayne Ramon Olliff Jr. — 33 counts first degree forgery.
    • Vincent John Bordonaro — theft by receiving stolen property.
    • Phillip Dewayne Walden — three counts Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, driving with a suspended or revoked license, replication of a Georgia tag.
    • John Theodore Page — two counts Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, DUI/alcohol, striking a fixed object, weaving over roadway.
    • Rose Marie Davis — Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
    • Titus Imanuel Sapp — cocaine possession with intent to distribute, operating a vehicle without a valid tag, driving with a revoked or suspended license.
    • Charles Harrison Akins — Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol underage, DUI.
    • James Thomas Dotson — Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol underage.
    • Allison Caroline Harden —  Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol underage.
