"Back on Broadway," a performance originally scheduled for Thursday at Georgia Southern University's Performing Arts Center, has been canceled by the production company.

"Unfortunately, this means that there will be no February 12th performance at the PAC," Carol Thompson, the director of the PAC, said in an announcement Monday. "We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused our patrons."

The next show, "Visions from Cape Breton and Beyond: A Celtic Family Celebration," is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 6. Celtic musicians Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy created the show, which features their children alongside dancers and singers from their hometowns of Cape Breton and Lakefield, both in Ontario.

"Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support," Thompson said in the announcement.

Ticketholders to Thursday's show may call the PAC box office at (912) 478-7999 for options.
