In this Oct. 29, 2014 file photo, Arkansas Republican Senate candidate, Rep. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., speaks at a rally in Little Rock, Ark. The pricey Senate race between Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor and Cotton _ as well as two competitive House contests and a soon-to-be-open governors office _ will blanket Little Rocks television with an estimated 170 ads for the final week of the campaign, or 21 ads a day.
