Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilson of Alpharetta, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Barbara Louise Wilson of Alpharetta, Ga., to Benjamin David Stubbs, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Stubbs.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wilson and Mrs. Lee Henkel and the late Mr. Lee Henkel. Barbara graduated from Samford University in 2009 with a BA in Sociology and is currently working on a Masters of Professional Counseling at Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, Ga. She will graduate in May of 2012.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. F. Ned Boring and the late Mr. F. Ned Boring and Mr. and Mrs. Olan Stubbs. Benjamin graduated from The King’s College, New York, in 2010 with a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics and is currently working on his Juris Doctorate at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga. He will graduate in May of 2014.
    The couple has planned to wed on May 26, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Perimeter Church, Johns Creek, Ga.
