Betty "Ma Belle" McGlamery Ellis
Betty "Ma Belle" McGlamery Ellis, age 89, passed away peacefully January 13, 2019, at her residence surrounded by her loving and caring family.
Mrs. Betty was a native and lifelong resident of Bulloch County, living in the Hopeulikit Community, where she was loved by so many people and respected by all who knew her from far and near.

After retiring, she  spent her time fishing, going to yard sales, playing cards and putting puzzles together, but her most enjoyment was her flower garden, where she was more than happy to give anyone seeds to spread the joy of a blooming flower.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, which was the love of her life, Ben Wesley "Jimbo" Ellis Sr.; her parents, Walter E. McGlamery Sr. and Marguerite Boyd McGlamery; two brothers, Walter E. McGlamery Jr. of Portal, Jimmy McGlamery of Louisiana; one sister, Frances McGlamery Lowe of Statesboro.
