Tropical Depression Bonnie stalled over the Southeast last weekend, dumping torrential rains that flooded highways, dirt roads, yards and parking lots. Bulloch County Public Safety Director Ted Wynn said that there were local reports of up to 15 inches of rainfall on Saturday and Sunday. Many roads were closed because they were underwater or damaged by the downpour.
