The Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department and AT&T will hold Bulloch County's annual Trick or Treat at Mill Creek Park on Friday. The festivities begin at 5 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. Trick or Treat at Mill Creek Park is the perfect place to celebrate the fall season with a family friendly Halloween atmosphere. The event will have a large candy trail, games, a hay ride, train rides and so much more - all at no cost!
