The Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department and AT&T will hold Bulloch County's annual Trick or Treat at Mill Creek Park on Friday. The festivities begin at 5 p.m. and end at 8 p.m.

Trick or Treat at Mill Creek Park is the perfect place to celebrate the fall season with a family friendly Halloween atmosphere. The event will have a large candy trail, games, a hay ride, train rides and so much more - all at no cost! There are more than 33 local businesses and organizations that will be at the event with candy or activities.

There also will be horseback rides available for $5, which is a fundraiser for the recreation department's Stirrup Some Fun Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program. Concessions will be available for purchase including hamburgers, hotdogs, funnel cakes and cotton candy.

The event is sponsored by AT&T, Coca-Cola, Kiwanis Club, the Downtown Rotary Club, Northland Cable, Arrow Rentals, Statesboro Golf Carts, Stewart Candy Distribution, the Rotary Club of Statesboro and Chick-fil-A.
