A Sylvania woman was killed in a traffic accident on Friday.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, Ella Delores Stone, 66, ran a stop sign at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 25 and Rocky Ford Road. The car she was driving was struck by an oncoming18-wheeler. A passenger in the car was injured in the accident.
