Two men are under arrest and police are looking for a third in connection with an attempted theft of a large flat screen television.

According to a press release issued by the Statesboro Police Department, Justin Andrew Irick, 19, of Cowboy Way, Portal, and Kerry Tracy Wynn, 39, of Millen, were with another man as they attempted to steal the television from Wal-Mart, but pushed it back into the store and fled on foot when they saw members of Wal-Mart's Loss Prevention personnel watching them.

The three fled into the woods and officers responded to the scene to search for them. They eventually located Irick and Wynn on Lester Road near Statesboro High School and arrested them for felony shoplifting.

The identity of the third suspect has not been determined. Anyone with information is urged to call detective Ken Scott at the Statesboro Police Department at (912) 764-9911.
