Police arrested the last of four armed robbery suspects Wednesday, all believed to have pulled off the June 10 armed robbery of Parkers’ convenience store on Brampton Avenue.

Statesboro police arrested the fourth suspect Wednesday, after having arrested the other three last week and over the weekend, said Statesboro Police Cpl. Justin Samples.

Rudolph Moody, 19, of Midway, was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service Southeast Regional Taskforce in Hinesville Wednesday, said Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner.

Keonte Marques Hardin, 19, of Hinesville, was arrested by Statesboro police June 17 at East Georgia College. Miquail Domeonick Evans, 18, of Hinesville, was arrested by Hinesville Police Department during a routine traffic stop Friday, and Tevin Tajuan Jemel Greene, 19, of Midway, also was arrested by Hinesville Police Department during another routine traffic stop Monday, he said.

The suspects are believed to have entered Parker’s convenience store on Brampton Avenue June 10 around 2 a.m., where they held employees at gunpoint while taking an undisclosed amount of cash and other miscellaneous item, Turner said.

“They then fled on foot,” he said. “Officers arrived on scene and searched the area, however the offenders were unable to be located. They were described as black males, possibly between 18 – 22 years old, with dark clothing. Their faces were covered during the incident.”

All four were taken to the Bulloch County Jail, where they are held without bond and await further court hearings.

“The Statesboro Police Department would like to thank the staff and faculty of East Georgia College for their exceptional cooperation in the apprehension of Hardin, Hinesville Police Department for the arrests of Evans and Greene, and the U. S. Marshall Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force for their location and apprehension of Moody,” Turner said.

This case remains under investigation. Samples said there has been no connection found between the Statesboro armed robbery at Parkers and an armed robbery of a Parkers in Metter the previous week.
