85 year-old Francis McElveen has been identified as the victim of a Brooklt house fire Sunday. Bulloch County Public Safety Director Ted Wynn said McElveen lived alone, although she had home caregivers who were not present when the fire started. The Lane Street home was fully involved when Brooklet firefighters arrived shortly after noon Sunday, and officers were unable to enter, he said.
