Cocaine sting nets 2 arrests
Suspects caught after undercover agent arranged to purchase drug

An undercover agent working with the Bulloch County Drug Suppression Team Tuesday bought cocaine from two men in the College Plaza parking lot. Seconds later, drug team investigators surrounded the suspects and placed them under arrest. Around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, the undercover agent met with Timothy Crawford, 28, Eastview Apartments, and Christopher Edenfield, 32, Sunnydale Drive, Lakeland, Fla., for an arranged purchase of crack cocaine, said Bulloch County Sheriff’s Capt. Rick Rountree, who is also commander of the Bulloch County Drug Suppression Team.
