Bulloch Book Bus delivering summer smiles

The Bulloch Book Bus made multiple stops in Portal on Monday, June 24. Children were invited to pick out books to take home and keep, the enjoyed ice cream provided by Bulloch Solutions. Crystal Simpkins, director of early learning and literacy at Bulloch County Schools, has been working with staff to meet their goal of distributing at least 5,000 free books this summer.
