Two people were arrested Thursday in connection with a recent armed robbery and kidnapping, and six others in the same apartment were charged with drug-related offenses, police said. The original incident happened at around 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23, when two men — one with a gun — approached a victim at Plantation Villas, forced him into his own truck and made him drive to an ATM, police said at the time. When the suspects were not able to get money that way, they made the victim drive to his own apartment at Freedom's Landing.
