Dr. Donald J. Drapalik of Statesboro announces the engagement of his niece, Nina Ranew of Nevils, to D.L. Wells, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald and Vickie Wells.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Myrtle McAllister and the late Emmer Parrish.
    The couple has planned to wed at noon on August 18, 2012, at the Honey Bowen Building, Max Lockwood Drive.
