A woman was killed Thursday when she lost control of her vehicle on Interstate 16 near the 136 mile marker. Tiffany Renee Broughan, 21, of Brittany Lane in Guyton, was traveling on the interstate with passengers Jamie Lee Medlin, 25, of Jay Rimes Road in Claxton, a 2-year-old and an 11-month-old, according to Georgia State Patrol reports. Around 6 p.m., Boughan braked suddenly and overcorrected as she approached another vehicle, according to witness reports.
