A man caught on video using an ax to break into a convenience store early Friday morning later returned to the scene wearing the same clothes, which helped deputies identify him as a suspect, the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies assisting an investigator at the scene "noted a male subject in the area wearing clothing identical to the suspect in the (store surveillance) video," Sheriff Lynn Anderson said. The suspect was identified as Christopher Lavon Evans, 23, of Gus Denmark Road.
