Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Joseph Parrish Jr., 50, Bulloch Street — failure to appear.
             
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Ann Elizabeth Mashburn, 23, Ga. 67 — DUI, open container, defective equipment.
    Christopher Greg Wilcox, 38, East Drive — simple battery, obstructing persons making an emergency phone call.
         
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    No arrests made Friday or Saturday.
            
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     No arrests reported since Friday, Dec. 19.
         
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    SOUTHERN VILLAS —  A woman said men she does not know knock on her door late at night in spite of her telling them not to do so. Two men were served criminal trespass after admitting knocking on her door, but gave obscure reasons for doing so.
    ST. CHARLES PLACE — A man bleeding from the head refused to be transported to the hospital. EMS treated him at the scene. The man was intoxicated and could not say how he was injured.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — A woman said another female calls her, sends text messages and threatened to beat her up.
    GNC — A man followed an employee and customers around the store, making insulting comments, on several occasions for several weeks, a woman said.
    IVORY STREET — A man said three men jumped, him, kicking and punching him several times. He was bleeding from the nose and had abrasions to his hands and arms.
    LESTER ROAD CONDOMINIUMS — A man said someone took an amplifier from his car.
    STATESBORO REGIONAL LIBRARY — A woman said pain  medications, a jacket, a purse and $200 were taken from her car. A second complainant said her purse was removed from her car as well.
    MILL CREEK PARK — Someone damaged the soccer field by spinning doughnuts in the grass.
    CHURCH STREET — A woman found a man in a closet and pulled him out, but he ran. The house was abandoned and nothing was taken, but the man left behind a bicycle that was impounded.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    T. PERKINS ROAD — (Register) A man said another man called his home and threatened him.
    PHILLIPS HILL — (Statesboro) A man reported receiving several harassing phone calls by a man who curses him.
    PINE INN ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A  woman said she and another female fought physically over her children.
    WILLIAMS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone knocked on her door and she was afraid, so she called law enforcement.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    FRIDAY — Troopers assisted seven motorists and investigated a crash with one injury reported.
    SATURDAY — Troopers assisted three motorists and investigated three crashes with one reported injury.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    No incidents reported since Friday.

    The following activity was reported during the week of Dec. 8-14:
    Animals collected:
    Rural areas, Bulloch Humane Enforcement — 15 dogs and five cats.
     Statesboro city limits, Bulloch Humane Enforcement    — five dogs and a cat.
    Abandoned at shelter — one dog and one cat.
    Surrendered by owners — three dogs and a cat.
    Number in litters surrendered — 10 puppies and six kittens.
    Animals placed:
    Shelter adoptions — a cat and a dog.
    Humane Society adoptions — two dogs.
    Returned to owners — five dogs and two cats.
    Euthanized from isolation — 28 dogs and 11 cats.
    Euthanized from adoption floor — two dogs.
    Humane Enforcement complaints:

    Summons/citations — two.

    Evans County Sheriff's Department — three calls.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 20  calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 25 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 —  six calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:
     Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — one call.
    
    
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Metter Fire Department —  two calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — four calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 11 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS —  seven medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to the Bulloch County coroner, two calls to Bulloch first responders, a call to Tattnall County 911 and a call to Emanuel County 911.
        
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, a fire call and 10  medical calls.       Candler County EMS — one fire call and three  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — no medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Bulloch County Correctional Institute, a call to Bryan County 911 and four calls to Bulloch County First Responders.
