Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Matthew Joseph Thomas, 22, North Main Street — DUI, following too closely.
    William Benjamin Smith, 21, Greenwood Avenue — burglary.
    Erica Ann Powell, 20, Court Drive, Camilla — underage possession of alcohol.
    Sandra Denise Dunston, 35, Turnpike Road, Claxton — theft by shoplifting.
    Jessica V. Golden, 19,      Turnpike Road, Claxton — theft by shoplifting.
    Raynard McClouden, 42, Youngblood Road — wanted person.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Julie Ann Frank, 39, Chance's Mobile Home Park —  disorderly conduct.
    James Eric Frank, 37, Chance's Mobile Home Park — simple battery.
    Garrett Sharrell Donaldson, 32, Wigfall Road, Register — simple battery.
    Dustin Gary Wilson, 19, Southwest Tanager Terrace, Conyers — DUI, obstruction, too fast for conditions.
    Gary Dale Joyner, 31, Dry Branch Village, Register — battery, third degree cruelty to children, escape, criminal trespass, obstruction, interference with government property.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Joseph Franklin Burke,  44, Perkins - Hiltonia, Perkins — DUI.
    Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Thursday.

Bulloch County Code Enforcement Citations
    The following were cited in violation of the Bulloch County Clean Community Ordinance, a locally adopted regulation. The Clean Community Ordinance is consistent with the 2006 Comprehensive Litter Prevention and Abatement Act:
    Donald Grubbs — two citations of littering.
    George Cail — littering.
    Keith Davis — littering.
    Brandise Williams — littering.
    Gina West — littering.
    Josh Pevey — littering.
    Edward Huff — littering.
    Brian Wade — littering.
    Kelly Bailey — littering.
    Dorothy Blackmon — littering.
    Mary Salinski — littering.
    Daniel Blair — dumping unacceptable items.
    Robert McCool — placing items outside collection area.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    CENTRAL STREET — A man told police he saw another man enter an empty residence and leave three small dogs. Humane Enforcement took the dogs to the animal shelter and the offender was served with criminal trespass.
    LEE STREET — A woman said another female drove by and yelled profanities, throwing things at the complainant's children.
    NORTH MULBERRY STREET — A woman told police another female threatened to stab her with a screwdriver.        
    CRISIS GROUP HOME — Police arrested a juvenile after she bit an adult on the hand,kicked her several times and struck her in the neck while the adult tried to escort her from her room because of house violation.
    PLAYERS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman told police a man she did not know followed her, making odd comments that frightened her. He disappeared behind the building and officers did not locate him.
    EAGLE INN — A man said a woman calls him making threats and harassing him.
    BEL AIR DRIVE — A woman reported someone broke into her car and took $25.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    GA. 24 — (Statesboro) A man reported a burglary, listing a Polaris Ranger ATV, a Honda 300 four wheeler and two beer kegs taken.
    MILLER ROAD — (Portal) When deputies arrived in response to a call about a domestic dispute, a man told them he did not call and had nothing to say to them. A deputy told him he would talk to them because of a call for help from his wife. The woman told deputies the man had been beating on the door to her father's house trying to get her to come outside, and she was frightened of him.
    BENNETT GROOMS ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported receiving a notice about a past due bill that is not his and that someone used his identification to secure services in his name.
    MARISSA COURT — (Statesboro) A man said someone stole a roll of copper wire from a house under construction.
    LIVE OAK LANE — (Ellabell) A woman reported a shattered window.
    GA. 119 — (Stilson) A woman told deputies a Waycross man harassed her by phone.
    EAGLE TRACE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance that was only verbal in nature.
    CIRCLE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said she found several holes in her windows and suspected neighbors children caused the damage by shooting BB guns.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 35 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated three crashes with no reported injuries Thursday.

    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 16 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 18 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — four calls.
    Hagan Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — 12 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one  medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls to Bryan County 911 and one call to Emanuel County 911.
