FORT STEWART – A military magistrate ordered the pretrial confinement for a soldier accused in a mass shooting to continue. Maj. Nicole Ulrich said Sgt. Quornelius Radford’s confinement should remain in place following a hearing Tuesday on Fort Stewart. Radford is accused of shooting and wounding five fellow soldiers in the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team area last week.
