Troy and Brenda Cross of Statesboro, Ga., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Trelisa Leigh Cross, to Michael Timothy Morris, son of Willie J. Sr. and Willie B. Morris of Clarksville, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Lipsey of Statesboro and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cross. Trelisa is a 2003 graduate of Statesboro High School. She is currently employed by the Bulloch County Board of Education.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Joseph Morris Jr. and the late Helen Morris of Cleveland, Ohio, and the late Willie Gould and Vanilla Jones. Michael is a 2000 graduate of Clarksville High School. He is currently employed by Castrol Car Care Center.
The couple will wed January 9th, 2010, at Miller Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Statesboro, at 2:00 in the afternoon with the reception to be held after the ceremony.
